How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A cabinet, counter and backsplash refresh typically runs three to four weeks; a full remodel with layout changes, new plumbing and electrical, six to ten weeks or longer. You get a written schedule before work begins, and materials are ordered up front so demo doesn't start until they're in hand.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Orange County?
It depends on size, cabinetry, counters and how much of the layout changes — so instead of a ballpark that moves later, we give you a line-item estimate covering labor, materials, permits and finishes. The consultation and the estimate are free and carry no obligation.
Do I need a permit — and who pulls it?
Permits are required for plumbing, electrical or structural work: moving a sink, adding circuits for appliances, removing a wall. Purely cosmetic work usually isn't. We handle the whole application and inspection process and know the requirements in Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa and the surrounding cities.
Do you handle both the design and the construction?
